Union Square's first and only rooftop, opened in March 2026 on the 22nd floor of the W as the capstone of the hotel's $100 million redo. A retractable glass roof keeps the Warhol-inflected room running year-round, with seafood towers, a Guardian Martini and unobstructed views straight up Park Avenue South to the Midtown skyline. Seated bookings carry a $75 per-person minimum, which keeps the crowd intentional. The new default for a downtown sunset.
